I created and managed comprehensive branding collateral, digital marketing and budgets for a nationally-recognized animal welfare organization. Acted as the lead for design, project manager, digital strategist, writer, mentor and a leader within the marketing department.
Continuously growing in responsibilities during my tenure, I improved ROI for projects ranging from a quarterly magazine to email to digital advertising, improved the brand identity and strategy, and served in a key role to improve event attendance, fundraising and pet program goals.
This is a takeaway brochure for potential donors to consider a large gift to a capital campaign. I created an accordian-fold booklet with a custom pocket folder, which was used to hold giving information.
Below are samples of magazines, infographics and annual reports I designed. The publications had a circulation of approx. 23,000.
Walk for the Animals is an annual two-mile dog walk with more than 1,000 animal lovers raising funds for Seattle Humane Society. I planned, designed and developed a new responsive event website along with emails, print materials and digital advertising.
Tuxes & Tails is an annual fundraising auction and gala held by Seattle Humane Society. With the event in its 24th year, the organization was looking to increase its funds raised while focusing branding more on the dogs, cats and human bond between them. My work involved branding, video editing, art directing a custom photo shoot, design of print materials and signs, event slideshows, email marketing, and design/development of the event website.
To increase adoptions at Seattle Humane, I created a series of movie poster parodies ("Lincoln" and "Silver Linings Playbook" parodies pictured here). These were used in conjunction with other pieces explaining the promotion and also adapted for social media use.
New wine labels were needed for Seattle Humane labeled wines — named Tail Waggin Red and Whiskers White. Below are two years of label designs. Each design was well-received by donors, staff and volunteers. My work involved both the design and photography.
As part of a marketing and fundraising initiative, donors' pet portraits were taken to be featured in bus advertisements. It was up to me to unite the images from two photo sessions into a cohesive campaign. My role included both the design and copy.
